- 1 pound ground turkey
- 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
- 1 cup diced onions
- 1 cup diced green bell pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together ground turkey, chopped turkey bacon, provolone cheese, onions, bell pepper, garlic, breadcrumbs, eggs, salt, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
- Spread ketchup over the top of the meatloaf.
