Philly Cheesesteak Meatloaf

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 1 cup diced onions
  • 1 cup diced green bell pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup ketchup

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together ground turkey, chopped turkey bacon, provolone cheese, onions, bell pepper, garlic, breadcrumbs, eggs, salt, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
  4. Spread ketchup over the top of the meatloaf.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, consider adding some hot sauce to the meat mixture.
  • Serve with additional cheese on top if desired.
