- 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 4 slices provolone cheese
- 4 cups cooked rice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the sliced onions and bell peppers and sauté until softened.
- Add the mushrooms and cook until they’re tender.
- Push the vegetables to the side and add the sliced beef, cooking until browned.
