- 4 flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
- Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese on top.
- Add a layer of pepperoni and a few tablespoons of pizza sauce.
- Top with another tortilla and cook for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
- Flip carefully and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the other side is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from heat, slice, and serve with additional pizza sauce.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add jalapeños.
