  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons yeast
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup crushed Oreos
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add flour and melted butter to the yeast mixture and knead until smooth.
  3. Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
  4. Roll out the dough and spread melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
  5. Add crushed Oreos on top, then roll the dough into a log.
  6. Slice the log into rolls and place them in a baking dish.
  7. Let the rolls rise for another 30 minutes.
  8. Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes until golden.
  9. Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar to make frosting, and spread it on warm rolls.
