1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, sugar, and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a pie pan.
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until creamy.
In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold in the cream cheese mixture until combined.
Pour the filling into the prepared crust and spread evenly. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, you can layer some chopped pecans or coconut in the crust.
Serve with whipped cream on top for additional decadence.
