  • 1/2 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 whole grain burger buns
  • 1 cup lettuce
  • 1 large tomato, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped mushrooms, quinoa, breadcrumbs, turkey bacon, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into patties.
  4. Place the patties on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. Serve on buns with lettuce and tomato.
