  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Slice the flank steak against the grain into thin strips.
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce and brown sugar until dissolved.
  3. Heat the oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the steak and cook until browned.
  4. Add garlic and ginger, stir for 1 minute.
  5. Pour the soy sauce mixture over the steak, bring to a simmer.
