- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup diced turkey bacon
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
- Add the cheese, turkey bacon, bell peppers, onions, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Grease a muffin tin and pour the egg mixture into each cup, filling them halfway.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the quiches are set and lightly browned.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before removing from the tin.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
