- 1 cup Gruyère cheese, grated
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 2 sheets puff pastry
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, and sauté until translucent.
- Add diced mushrooms and thyme, cooking until mushrooms are tender.
