Marshmallow Whip Cheesecake

A delicious and easy-to-make marshmallow whip cheesecake that requires no baking!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups marshmallow fluff
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat marshmallow fluff, cream cheese, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gradually add powdered sugar while continuing to whip.
  4. Fold whipped cream into the marshmallow mixture until well combined.
  5. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust and spread evenly.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.

Notes

  • For added flavor, consider mixing in chocolate chips or fresh fruits.
  • Can be topped with additional whipped cream or chocolate sauce before serving.
