Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the pumpkin in half and scoop out the seeds.
  3. In a bowl, mix olive oil, maple syrup, salt, and pepper.
  4. Brush the mixture over the pumpkin halves.
  5. Place the turkey bacon on top of the pumpkin.
