  • 4 cups Brussels sprouts, halved
  • 6 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the butternut squash, Brussels sprouts, and chopped turkey bacon.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
