- 1 pound lasagna noodles
- 3 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/2 pound turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
- In a large pan, cook ground turkey and turkey bacon over medium heat until browned. Add chicken ham and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, eggs, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Layer noodles, ricotta mixture, meat mixture, and mozzarella cheese in the dish. Repeat layers.
- Top with remaining marinara sauce and Parmesan cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- This lasagna can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
- For a spicy kick, add red pepper flakes to the meat mixture.
