Maggiano’s Lasagna Recipe

Maggiano’s Lasagna Recipe combines the richness of traditional lasagna with the indulgent flavors of turkey bacon and chicken ham, creating a dish that is both comforting and unique.

  • 1 pound lasagna noodles
  • 3 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/2 pound turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
  3. In a large pan, cook ground turkey and turkey bacon over medium heat until browned. Add chicken ham and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, eggs, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  6. Layer noodles, ricotta mixture, meat mixture, and mozzarella cheese in the dish. Repeat layers.
  7. Top with remaining marinara sauce and Parmesan cheese.
  8. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • This lasagna can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
  • For a spicy kick, add red pepper flakes to the meat mixture.
