  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crisp. Remove and crumble.
  2. In the same pot, add olive oil and sauté onion until translucent.
  3. Add garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  5. Add elbow macaroni and cook until al dente, about 8 minutes.
  6. Reduce heat and stir in cheddar cheese and milk until melted and smooth.
  7. Season with paprika, salt, and pepper.
  8. Top with crumbled turkey bacon before serving.
