Mac and Cheese Meatloaf Casserol

A delicious combination of mac and cheese with meatloaf, enhanced by turkey bacon and chicken ham.

  • 1 pound elbow macaroni
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook macaroni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, turkey bacon, chicken ham, and seasonings.
  4. Add cooked macaroni, shredded cheese, milk, and eggs; mix well.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  6. Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden and set.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add some hot sauce to the mixture.
  • You can substitute different meats based on preference.
