Ingredients

  • 2 large potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green onions
  • 1 teaspoon taco seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and pierce the potatoes with a fork. Bake for about 45 minutes or until tender.
  3. Remove the potatoes from the oven and let them cool slightly before cutting in half.
  4. Fluff the insides of the potatoes with a fork and mix in taco seasoning.
  5. Top each potato half with cheddar cheese, turkey bacon, sour cream, avocado, and green onions.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!
