  • 4 strips turkey bacon
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons gochujang
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 1/2 cup pickled cucumbers
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then chop it into small pieces.
  2. In the same skillet, add the chopped onions and sauté until translucent.
  3. Add the ground turkey to the skillet, cooking until browned.
  4. Stir in the soy sauce, gochujang, and brown sugar, mixing well.
  5. Simmer for about 5-7 minutes until the flavors meld.
  6. Serve the mixture on hamburger buns and top with pickled cucumbers and green onions.
