  • 4 sheets nori

Instructions

  1. Prepare the bulgogi beef according to your favorite recipe or use store-bought.
  2. Cook the sushi rice according to package instructions and let it cool.
  3. Lay a sheet of nori on a bamboo mat, spread a layer of sushi rice, and layer the bulgogi beef, cucumber, carrot, green onions, and avocado.
