  • 1 cup enchilada sauce
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, enchilada sauce, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a baking dish, layer half of the chicken mixture and half of the cheese.
