Kale Pasta

A delicious and easy recipe for kale pasta featuring turkey bacon.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pasta
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 cups kale, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package directions.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and crumble.
  3. Add garlic and red pepper flakes to the skillet and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add the kale and cook until wilted.
  5. Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet, along with the olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  6. Toss well to combine and serve topped with crumbled bacon and Parmesan cheese.

Notes

  • You can use any pasta shape you prefer.
  • For a vegetarian version, omit the turkey bacon.
