Juicy Garlic Parmesan Chicken Meatloaf

A delicious and unique twist on traditional meatloaf, combining juicy chicken with the rich flavors of garlic and parmesan, complemented by turkey bacon.

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, parmesan, garlic, egg, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Fold in the chopped turkey bacon.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
  5. Bake for 45-55 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

Notes

  • For added flavor, consider topping the meatloaf with extra parmesan cheese before baking.
