1 pound ground chicken
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 egg
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, parmesan, garlic, egg, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Fold in the chopped turkey bacon.
Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
Bake for 45-55 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
For added flavor, consider topping the meatloaf with extra parmesan cheese before baking.
