1 pound ground chicken
1/2 cup garlic, minced
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 eggs
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
5 slices turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, eggs, salt, black pepper, turkey bacon, and parsley. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture into a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 165°F (75°C).
Let it cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
For added moisture, you can drizzle some olive oil on top before baking.
Serve with a side of steamed vegetables for a complete meal.
