- 1 pound chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons garam masala
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 can (14 oz) crushed tomatoes
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- In a bowl, marinate the chicken in yogurt, ginger, garlic, garam masala, turmeric, chili powder, and salt for at least 1 hour.
