- 1 pound chicken thighs, boneless, skinless
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons garam masala
- 2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 2 green chilies, slit
- 1 can (15 oz) tomato puree
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon salt, or to taste
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
- Marinate the chicken in yogurt, garam masala, and ginger-garlic paste for at least 2 hours.
