- 1 package egg roll wrappers
- 1 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 cup cooked chicken ham, chopped
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 cup cabbage, shredded
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- oil for frying
- In a large bowl, combine turkey bacon, chicken ham, green onions, cabbage, garlic powder, and soy sauce.
- Lay out an egg roll wrapper on a flat surface and place a heaping spoonful of the filling in the center.
- Fold the bottom corner up over the filling, then fold the side corners inward and roll tightly to seal.
- Heat oil in a deep skillet over medium heat.
- Carefully add the egg rolls to the hot oil and fry until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
