Instructions

  1. Combine warm milk and yeast in a bowl, let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, and salt.
  3. Add the yeast mixture, melted butter, and eggs; mix until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough for about 8 minutes.
  5. Let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  6. Roll the dough into a rectangle, spread with butter, and sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar.
  7. Roll the dough tightly and cut into slices.
  8. Place in a greased baking pan and let rise for another 30 minutes.
