  • 1 pound shrimp
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Cook turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then remove and chop.
  2. In the same skillet, add olive oil and garlic, sautéing until fragrant.
  3. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Stir in honey and soy sauce, bringing to a simmer.
  5. Mix in the chopped turkey bacon and toss to combine.
  6. Serve hot over rice or noodles.

Notes

  • Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey.
  • For a spicier dish, increase red pepper flakes.
