Herb-Crusted Baked Parmesan Chicken

  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 2 teaspoons dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, oregano, thyme, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat each chicken breast with olive oil, then press into the breadcrumb mixture to coat.
  4. Place chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
