- 1 pound Italian sausage
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 28 ounces crushed tomatoes
- 15 ounces ricotta cheese
- 3 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente.
- In a large skillet, cook Italian sausage, onion, and garlic over medium heat until sausage is browned.
