  • 1 cup bell peppers, chopped
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix pineapple juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil to create a marinade.
  2. Place chicken in a resealable bag and cover with the marinade. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove chicken from the marinade and grill for 6-7 minutes per side or until cooked through.
  5. During the last few minutes, add bell peppers to the grill.
  6. Garnish chicken with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
