  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the cheese, ham, turkey bacon, and green onions to the egg mixture and stir until combined.
  4. Grease a muffin tin and pour the mixture evenly into the cups.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the muffins are set and lightly browned on top.
