3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 large eggs
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Beat in the eggs one at a time.
Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt; gradually stir into the creamed mixture.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Take a portion of the dough, flatten it, place an Oreo in the center, and cover with more dough; shape into a ball.
Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 10-12 minutes.
