Halloween Graveyard Spinach Dip

A spooky and indulgent dish perfect for Halloween parties.

  • 10 ounces frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 black olive, sliced, for decoration

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the spinach, sour cream, cream cheese, mozzarella, cheddar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and smooth the top.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.
  5. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
  6. Top with black olive slices to create a graveyard effect.

Notes

  • This dip is best served warm with tortilla chips or bread.
  • You can add more cheese for a gooier texture.
