- 4 cups diced potatoes
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
