Ingredients

  • 4 cups diced potatoes
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
  3. Add the onions and garlic, cooking until softened.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the beef mixture with diced potatoes, cream of mushroom soup, salt, and pepper.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and cover with foil.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes, remove foil, and top with cheddar cheese.
  7. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
