Grilled Zucchini with Feta & Basil

A delicious and refreshing side dish featuring grilled zucchini topped with feta cheese and fresh basil.

Ingredients

  • 4 medium zucchinis
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  2. Slice the zucchinis lengthwise into 1/4-inch thick slices.
  3. Brush both sides of the zucchini slices with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Grill the zucchini for about 3-4 minutes on each side until tender and grill marks appear.
  5. Remove from the grill and transfer to a serving platter.
  6. Sprinkle the grilled zucchini with crumbled feta cheese and chopped basil before serving.

Notes

  • For added flavor, marinate the zucchini in the olive oil for 30 minutes before grilling.
