  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, lemon zest, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
