  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  2. Add the shrimp to the marinade and let sit for 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the shrimp onto skewers.
  5. Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side, until opaque.
  6. Remove from the grill and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
