Grilled Chicken Caprese

A delicious and easy summer dish combining grilled chicken with fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, and basil.

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup fresh mozzarella, sliced
  • 2 large tomatoes, sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush the chicken breasts with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  4. Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes.
  5. Top each chicken breast with slices of mozzarella, tomatoes, and basil leaves.
