- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, chilled and diced
- 1/4 cup ice water
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 egg, beaten
- In a bowl, mix flour and salt. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in water until a ball forms.
- Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until brown. Stir in taco seasoning.
- Roll out dough and cut into circles.

- Fold, seal edges, and brush with egg.
