  • 1 pound ground beef

  • 1/2 cup taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour and salt. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in water until a ball forms.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  3. In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until brown. Stir in taco seasoning.
  4. Roll out dough and cut into circles.
  5. Place a spoonful of meat mixture on one half of each circle, sprinkle with cheese.
  6. Fold, seal edges, and brush with egg.
  7. Bake at 375°F for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
