  • 1 package refrigerated pie crusts
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup taco sauce
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef along with the diced onion until fully cooked.
  3. Drain excess fat and stir in taco seasoning and taco sauce.
  4. Roll out the pie crusts and cut into circles.
  5. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture on one half of each circle, add cheese, and fold the crust over.
  6. Seal the edges and brush the tops with beaten egg.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.

Notes
