  • 4 large russet potatoes
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges.
  3. In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the potato wedges to the bowl and toss until well coated.
  5. Arrange the wedges on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with parmesan cheese and parsley.
