Garlic Parmesan Crusted Potatoes

  • 2 pounds baby potatoes
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and halve the baby potatoes.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
