Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add olive oil and salt to the yeast mixture. Stir in flour gradually until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 8 minutes until smooth.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it, and let it rise for 1 hour.
  5. Punch down the dough and divide it into equal portions.
  6. Shape each portion into a roll and place them on a baking sheet.
  7. Cover the rolls and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
  8. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
