Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 2 cups chocolate ice cream
  • 1 cup whipped cream

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, sugar, and melted butter until well mixed.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a baking dish to form the crust.
  3. Add a layer of mini marshmallows on top of the crust.
  4. Scoop chocolate ice cream over the marshmallow layer.
  5. Spread whipped cream on top of the ice cream.
  6. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
  7. Cut into squares and serve.
