  • 2 tablespoons brewed coffee

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar for frosting

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and salt.
  3. Stir in the melted butter, eggs, brewed coffee, and vanilla extract until combined.
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let cool before frosting.
  8. For the frosting, mix powdered sugar with a little brewed coffee until smooth and spreadable.
