- 1 pound orzo pasta
- 1 pound chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 1 can French onion soup
- 1 cup shredded cheese (Swiss or Gruyere)
- 1/2 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large pot, cook the orzo according to package directions until al dente.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked orzo, shredded chicken, French onion soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased casserole dish and top with the shredded cheese and crumbled turkey bacon.
