French Dip Tortilla Roll Ups

  • 6 flour tortillas
  • 1 pound roast beef, thinly sliced
  • 8 ounces provolone cheese, sliced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the onions and garlic, and sauté until translucent.
  2. Add the roast beef to the skillet and warm through.
  3. Spread a layer of provolone cheese on each tortilla.
  4. Place the warm beef mixture on top of the cheese, rolling up tightly.
  5. Place the roll ups seam-side down in a baking dish.
  6. Mix the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl, then pour over the roll ups.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  8. Serve warm, with additional broth for dipping.
