- 6 flour tortillas
- 1 pound roast beef, thinly sliced
- 8 ounces provolone cheese, sliced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon onion, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the onions and garlic, and sauté until translucent.
- Add the roast beef to the skillet and warm through.
- Spread a layer of provolone cheese on each tortilla.
- Place the warm beef mixture on top of the cheese, rolling up tightly.
- Place the roll ups seam-side down in a baking dish.
- Mix the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl, then pour over the roll ups.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Serve warm, with additional broth for dipping.
