  • 1 cup diced onions
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon old bay seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté garlic, onions, and bell peppers until softened.
  3. Add the shrimp, paprika, old bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until shrimp turn pink.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together eggs and heavy cream. Add the shrimp mixture and cheese, and stir to combine.
  5. Pour the mixture into the pie crust and smooth the top.
