- 1 pound fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pie crust (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup diced bell peppers
- 1 cup diced onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon old bay seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté garlic, onions, and bell peppers until softened.
