  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Soak the cashews in water for at least 2 hours, then drain.
  2. In a blender, combine the soaked cashews, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, turmeric, water, and lemon juice.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Adjust the texture with more water if needed and season with salt.
  5. Serve warm or store in the fridge for later use.
