  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon fresh sage, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, salt, pepper, and oregano. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake the meatballs for about 20 minutes or until cooked through.
  5. Meanwhile, in a saucepan, combine the pumpkin puree, heavy cream, and chopped sage over medium heat. Stir until heated through.
